Hello Locees! As of 11/21/2022, there is a new policy effective immediately. It is as follows: 1. ALL appointments MUST be made through booking link. 2. Any appointments over 15 mins late will be charged an additional $10 fee. Any appointments over 30 mins will be canceled and 30% of total is charged. 3. Book the service your requesting, if you have questions ask! 4. Any changes during appointments (if accepted) will be required of you paying the difference in cost. 5. NO EXTRA PEOPLE unless they are being serviced, we are a small suite and space is limited. 6. Consultation is REQUIRED for all Extensions and Instant Loc services, for accurate pricing. 7. If I installed your Extensions, there is a 90 day grace period for free re-attachments. After 90 days you are required to pay the $10 fee per loc. Thank you for allowing me to seat you! Cancellation Policy
I charge an additional $10 for appointments that are 15 mins late.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for appointments 20 mins late (you will need to reschedule NO EXCEPTIONS), no- shows or cancellations less than 8 hours of appointment time.
